The portfolio as a working archive
This site is becoming less of a gallery and more of a maintained record: selected case studies, older project notes, and the traces behind them.
The old portfolio had useful material scattered across pages, screenshots, and short project blurbs. Migrating it into this site is partly a redesign task and partly an archival one.
The current structure separates featured case studies from smaller archived projects. That keeps the homepage focused while still letting older work remain inspectable.
The next step is editorial: turning rough archive notes into stronger case studies only when the source material can support them.
